About Us

Ben Heistein is an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certified arborist with over a decade of experience in horticulture. He has worked in wholesale and retail nurseries, urban forestry organizations, tree care companies, and owns a private consulting practice. He is an expert in tree health assessment, identification, care, planting, propagation and integrated pest management. He also knows quite a bit about care requirements for natives and drought tolerant landscapes. He serves all of Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties.
